Space is limited to just 125 places, so registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee is $250 USD, but current subscribers of Magicol are eligible for a discounted price of $225 USD, for themselves and for spouses.

To register online, choose either the subscriber or non-subscriber rate. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your registration. Please note there is an area for you to indicate how you would like your name to appear on your badge. If nothing is provided, we will use the name in the PayPal contact information that is sent to us.

Now’s the time to book your accommodations. Montreal will be celebrating it’s 375th birthday during 2017 so it will be a very busy city. We recommend booking at the convention hotel, the Delta Montreal where we have negotiated an MCW 2017 room rate of $172 CDN a night.

You have until December 31, 2016 to cancel and receive a full refund. Cancellations after January 1, 2017 will be subject to a $50 USD cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after April 15, 2017.
Please visit the Canadian Government’s webpage where you will find all the information you need to enter the country. Proper travel documents (namely, a valid passport) are required for all USA and international travellers entering Canada.
